Accountabilities:

• Lead live operations for a casual mobile game, including planning and executing in-game events and promotions.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content releases and live updates.
• Analyze player data and feedback to optimize live events, features, and monetization strategies.
• Maintain and manage an updated calendar for live promotions with clear team communication.
• Provide insights based on analytics to support player engagement and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to promote events effectively.
• Partner with co-development teams to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Live Ops Producer or in a similar role within mobile game development.
• Background in casual games is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with game analytics tools and industry best practices.
• Passion for mobile gaming and deep understanding of player behavior.
• Ability to manage short- and long-term priorities with strategic thinking.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with strong leadership qualities.
