The Opportunity Venturis is looking for a Sales & Rental Data Coordinator to join our team in Coquitlam, BC. As the Sales & Rental Data Coordinator you will be responsible for data collection, organization, and reporting to assist in the management of capital, inventory, and assets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the Sales & Rental Data Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver comprehensive financial performance reports for Rental and Lease operations, including asset and management performance
  • Generate financial performance reports for New Equipment, including but not limited to monthly bookings reports and inventory audits
  • Conduct equity analysis for Used Equipment, ensuring data accuracy between CRM and ERP systems
  • Perform market pricing audits for Rental equipment, including data preparation, pricing recommendations and implementing revised rates in the system
  • Manage depreciation scheduling as it pertains to new Rental assets
  • Additional duties as may be assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Operations, or a related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and AX (ERP)
  • Prior experience with Microsoft CRM is an asset
  • Must be extremely organized and a self-starter with the ability to work effectively with limited supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Related industry experience is an asset, but not required

The base pay range for this role is: $55,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
