About the role

We are seeking a UX Designer to design and develop user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications across enterprise platforms. This role requires strong UX research and design expertise, hands-on experience with prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe XD, and an ability to collaborate effectively across development and product teams. You will be responsible for delivering intuitive, accessible, and visually aligned digital experiences through iterative design and user testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop user-centered interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform and improve design decisions
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on project requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers to align design goals
  • Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines and elevate the overall user experience
  • Stay current with industry trends, UI/UX patterns, and emerging design technologies

Technical Profile

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
  • Experience with usability testing methods, research techniques, and UX heuristics
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
  • Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility compliance
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional sprint teams

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design
  • Ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable design improvements
  • Effective collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience presenting and defending design decisions to various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced project environments

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $29.90/hour - $46.71/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
