Best Access Doors is looking for a Social Media & Video Production Specialist to join our high-performing Ecommerce Marketing Team. This full-time, remote offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a motivated, experienced, and metrics-focused team that values precision, process, and performance.

What You’ll Do
Video Production & Editing
- Edit professional, high-quality YouTube videos using DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
- Turn long-form content into bite-sized videos for Instagram & Facebook
- Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow, output, and quality
- Optimize video for engagement: YouTube Chapters, End Screens, Community Tab, etc.
Social Media Management
- Run our Instagram and Facebook accounts with consistent, B2B-focused content
- Write professional, on-brand captions aligned with campaign strategy
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust hooks, captions, and visuals as needed
- Follow a structured content calendar for campaigns, launches, and seasonal themes
Influencer Outreach & Collaboration
- Research and vet potential influencers aligned with our B2B industry
- Coordinate timelines, content quality, and delivery
- Track performance, lead generation, and integrate into broader campaigns
Reporting & Collaboration
- Use UTMs and analytics to measure success and surface insights
- Report regularly on engagement, reach, and lead generation
- Communicate daily via Teams and Trello, and participate in team video calls
- Work cross-functionally on campaigns across email, paid ads, and web content
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in social media and video editing (preferably in a B2B setting)
- Proficient with DaVinci Resolve or comparable editing tools
- Exceptional verbal and writing skills
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools, UTM links, and campaign reporting
- Able to work in a structured, process-oriented team environment Dedicated to this role only—no freelance clients
Nice to Have
- Experience managing influencer partnerships
- Familiarity with Later Social or Zoho Social
- Background in B2B, construction, or ecommerce
