As we continue our strategic growth in the Canadian market, we’re seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive business development through solution-based selling in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across Canada with a focus on international freight forwarding (Air/Ocean), warehousing, and customs brokerage solutions
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through strategic consultative selling
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent pipeline management and customer engagement
- Develop tailored logistics solutions in collaboration with operations and customer service teams
- Represent AWOT Global Logistics at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven sales success in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management
- Deep understanding of international shipping (FCL, LCL, Air Freight, Customs Clearance)
- Strong network of industry contacts and existing book of business (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven approach and entrepreneurial mindset
- CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills
