An affiliate of the Airbus Group of Companies, STELIA is an aerospace and defence company specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of composite components and assemblies. Headquartered in Lunenburg, NS, and with a site in Mirabel, QC, we operate more than 150,000 sq feet of facilities dedicated to operations, manufacturing, and administration.
Reporting to the Production Manger, the Production Support Administrator will be responsible for preparing and printing the production travelers and related work instructions.
The Production Support Administrator embraces a culture defined by safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability.
In this role, you will:
- Access ERP to print the production travelers and related work instructions.
- Support other production or administrative areas as needed
- Meet schedule and production requirements.
You have:
- Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent experience).
- 1 year experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, quick learner.
- Ability to follow demonstrated steps.
- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Basic skills in M365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and ERP software.
- Physical demands include lifting and moving material weighing up to 50lbs and wearing personal protective equipment.
- Ability to keep track of various tasks and manage time appropriately.
- Ability to keep a clean workspace (some areas can be sensitive to foreign materials)
- Put safety first and realize how important it is to take care around certain machinery/equipment.
- Perform other functions and duties as assigned.
