You will play a key role in introducing Rogers services through friendly, personal interactions, while helping improve connectivity and enhancing the customer experience within local communities.
Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Associate:
- Engage directly with residential customers to introduce Rogers services, including Wireless, TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Home Security.
- Build rapport quickly and guide customers through service options based on their needs.
- Work with assigned customers while also identifying new opportunities within your designated neighborhood or community.
- Represent the Rogers brand at residential campaigns, community promotions, and special events to increase awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with your team and manager to reach individual and team-based performance goals.
Requirements for the Customer Engagement Associate:
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
- A friendly, customer-first approach with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Reliability, professionalism, and comfort working both independently and with a team.
- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors and on foot in a residential field environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-focused roles within sales, service, communications, or related fields is considered an asset but not required. Full training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$56,250.00 per year
