About the role

Job Description Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build a high-quality sales pipeline. In this role, you’ll qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads, nurture high-intent prospects, and execute targeted outbound outreach. You’ll engage prospects across multiple channels and play a key role in driving early-stage pipeline for our sales team.

This is a full-time salaried position covering a 12–14-month maternity leave, with a July or August 2025 start date

  • esQualify inbound and marketing-sourced leads based on defined criteria to assess fit and sales readines
  • s.Nurture high-intent leads to convert MQLs into sales-qualified opportunities through timely, value-driven outreac
  • h.Execute outbound campaigns using buyer intent signals, website behavior, and firmographic dat
  • a.Leverage tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build and manage outbound sequence
  • s.Conduct detailed account and persona research to personalize messaging across email, phone, and social channel
  • s.Collaborate with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and feedback loop
  • s.Maintain clean and accurate CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), track KPIs, and report on SDR performance metric
  • s.Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies based on data, feedback, and conversion result
  • s.Stay informed on industry trends, buyer pain points, and competitor positioning to refine messaging and outreac
