We are seeking an experienced Registered Psychologist who specializes in working with those who operate at a high level—athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, and individuals striving for excellence in all areas of life. What You’ll Do
- Provide individual performance psychology sessions (in-office or online).
- See 15 clients per week over the course of 3 5-hr shifts with the option to increase if desired.
- Help clients build mental toughness, resilience, and strategic mindset shifts.
- Teach skills in focus, emotional regulation, motivation, and peak performance.
- Conduct intake assessments and customize treatment strategies for goal-oriented individuals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Contribute to a high-performing, engaged team culture and participate in case consultation.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
- 3-5 years of experience as a fully licensed, independent practitioner.
- A track record of working with high performers and proven client retention.
- Expertise in sports psychology, executive coaching, stress resilience, or mental performance.
- A mindset of excellence, integrity, and commitment to long-term team collaboration.
Additional assets: Training in neuroscience, biofeedback, mindfulness, or mental performance strategies.Experience with elite athletes, business leaders, or other high-achieving populations.Interest in mentoring or supervising early-career clinicians.
