About the role
Position Type: Full time
Work Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday: 2PM – 10PM
Reporting to the Operations supervisor(s), the incumbent's main responsibilities will be:
- Lead, coach and mobilize operations' employeeson theirrespectiveshift
- Ensure compliance with policies,procedures,standardsandregulationsinforceinthe warehouseandactively participateinimprovingthose (OHS,BRC, HACCP, etc.)
- Participatein the management ofdisciplinaryfilesandcomplaintsincollaboration with the management and human resources services
- Conductaccidents' investigationsandparticipatein the analyzes
- Participateinthe correctivemeasures' implementation
- Proactively actinginidentifyingproblemsand implementingsolutions
- Provideprompt,efficientandcourteous serviceto clients
- Ensurethatemployeeshavereceivedtraining andinformationnecessarytoperformtheirwork
- Communicate relevantinformationto theothershift(s)
- Checkreceiptsandshipmentstoensurethe accuracyofinformationrequired
- Ensurethat picturesaretaken asneeded(shipping & receivingproducts, damaged equipment, etc.)
- Conductresearchasneededin thecomputerizedsystem
- Actively participatein reaching the objectives and work on the continuous improvement of performance
- Approveemployees'hoursassignedto the shift
- Carry outvariousreports
- Workincollaboration withotherteammembers
- Under the responsibility of theRegional Manager of Warehousing, GTA,and working in collaboration with the operations supervisors, the incumbent may temporarily cover for the other operations management positionsduringan absence (holidays, etc…)
- Carry outallotherrelated tasks and duties as assigned.

- Collegial study diploma
- At least five (5) years relevant experience
