The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth operation of our front desk. Duties
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and communication.
- Assist with billing processes using QuickBooks or similar program as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience as a clerk or receptionist is advantageous.
