What You’ll Own
HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation
- Build and maintain workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring
- Own system architecture, segmentation, data enrichment, and automation
- Ensure high signal, low noise across every funnel touchpoint
Revenue Intelligence & Funnel Analytics
- Analyze conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and campaign attribution
- Build dashboards to monitor GTM performance and surface actionable insights
- Identify where we’re leaking revenue—and fix it
Cross-Functional Impact
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to improve handoffs and decision-making
- Drive clarity across lifecycle—from first touch to closed-won
- Help us scale smarter, not just bigger
What You Bring

5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops
, or GTM Systems
-
Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub

Background in data science, analytics, or business intelligence

→ Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets
, and data modeling

Familiarity with GTM metrics: CAC, win rate, pipeline coverage, attribution

Bonus: experience with tools like Looker, Power BI, Clearbit, or Apollo
Education & Background

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics
, or related field

Master’s degree a plus—but we value real-world experience just as much
