About the role

Purpose

As a member of the Global Design, Strategy and Transformation Team the Senior Manager, Change Management leads the design and delivery of change management strategies for multiple workplace transformation projects.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Contributing to a culture of constant improvement by assessing and sharing ideas for the team, colleagues, and in own work
  • Leads the full end to end change management strategy for multiple workplace transformation projects of varying degrees of complexity. This includes designing, delivering, and/or supervising:
    • Leadership alignment on the degree of change management impacting the group(s)
    • Determining the resourcing and external stakeholders required to support the change management effort
    • Sponsorship and people manager plans and activities
    • Training and communication plans and activities
    • Other supplementary plans as required (e.g. change champion plans, requirements gathering plans etc.).
  • May also be required to supervise dedicated business line change leads assigned to workplace transformation projects.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
  • Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • MBA or other advanced designation in Business an asset
  • Spanish or French language proficiency a strong asset
  • Strong understanding of change management theory and methodologies; PROSCI or CCMP designation an asset
  • Experience in delivering change management programs
  • Excellent facilitator
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills/relationship management
  • Excellent communicator
  • Must be proactive, self-Starter and capable of learning new technologies
  • Capable of moving forward through complex situations

Work Arrangement: Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Moderate travel globally.
