The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Legal Recruiter to join our Toronto office. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with our national team on complex legal searches and build strong relationships with clients across Ontario.
As a Legal Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies, identifying and engaging top-tier legal professionals, and helping to grow our presence in the Toronto market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and proactively identify candidate profiles that align with client briefs.
- Lead interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of legal talent for current and future mandates.
- Drive business development initiatives to strengthen client partnerships in the Ontario market.
- Ensure accurate and organized data management within internal systems.
Candidate Profile
- Called to the Ontario Bar is a significant asset.
- Proven experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and a high standard of professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset but not required.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
