As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and elevated experience. Your Key Responsibilities

• Greet all clients warmly and ensure a smooth and pleasant salon experience from arrival to departure
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments in a way that maximizes productivity while respecting service time requirements
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, pricing, timing, and product lines
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area
• Open and close the salon as a trusted key holder
• Assist with social media content and engagement (an asset, but not a requirement)
• Support day-to-day operations with various administrative and organizational tasks
