What You Will Do
- Develop and implement data security policies, procedures, and standards;
- Collaborate with various teams within the Innovation group to secure applications, databases, and data flows;
- Conduct regular risk and vulnerability assessments related to data;
- Implement encryption and masking techniques to protect sensitive information;
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and our certifications;
- Raise awareness and train employees on best practices in data security;
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
This role could be for you if you have
- Degree in computer science, information security, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data security, data engineering, or a related field;
- Experience with database and/or data platform management (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, etc.);
- Strong knowledge of data protection concepts, tools, and technologies;
- Familiarity with languages such as SQL, Python, and PowerShell;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and writing skills;
- Rigor, integrity, and autonomy.
