About the role

THE OPPORTUNITY:

PTW is hiring a local Branch Administrator to join our team in Rocky Mountain House, AB! If you have experience as an Administrative Assistant, we want to hear from you. APPLY TODAY!

GOOD TO KNOW:

  • Full time position
  • Monday to Friday - 40-hour work week

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Manage a variety of documentation requirements including site specific correspondence.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform site/project-specific accounting functions, including AP, AR, monthly reconciliation, Month-end, and general accounting duties
  • Ensure all timesheets, payroll issues, and updating is performed on a daily basis.
  • Prepare shipping and courier documents.
  • Coordinate receipt and processing of submittals from sub-contractors or vendors.
  • Manages site office maintenance, cleaning, equipment, and supplies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of general accounting.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the construction or oil and gas industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional time-management skills; ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks quickly.
  • Perform required duties in a safety-conscious manner.
