Job Description
As a Will and Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their estate planning needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique situations and help them navigate the complexities of wills and estates.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive estate planning advice to clients.
- Assist clients in drafting wills and other estate planning documents.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss estate planning strategies.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of estate planning regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning or a related area.
- Strong understanding of wills, trusts, and estate laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in estate planning or related designation.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
