Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Canada. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, processing orders, and following up on sales opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales and account management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and inquiries
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the manufacturing or rubber industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
