About the role
gravitypope is looking for the right individuals to fill the key role of full time Stock Associate at our Toronto location. The Stock Associate is responsible for all shipping & receiving aspects of the gravitypope Vancouver locations to support the sales teams.
Weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely completion of incoming and outgoing transfers between gravitypope locations
- Packing up and shipping out ecommerce web consolidations
- Efficiently condensing product in the stock room to maximize space
- Ensure accurate inventory records and documentation through provided company resources
- Maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
- Completing store-to-store client transfers daily
- Completing weekly outstanding transfer log & reconciliation
- Completing time sensitive tasks such as Return Authorizations or Re-tickets
- Additional duties as per job requirements
Qualifications:
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Pro-active and able to problem solve
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay focused in a busy environment
- Maximize productivity with minimum supervision
- Positive attitude
- Good interpersonal communication
- Basic POS and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
