Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued B2B customers. You’ll provide top-tier support, resolve issues efficiently, and represent the Transformer Table brand with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with empathy and efficiency
• Manage customer accounts: process orders, handle returns, and update information
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues
• Maintain strong product knowledge to act as a brand ambassador
• Follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support (B2B or warranty experience is a plus)
• Bilingual (English & French) – written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
