Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued B2B customers. You’ll provide top-tier support, resolve issues efficiently, and represent the Transformer Table brand with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with empathy and efficiency
- Manage customer accounts: process orders, handle returns, and update information
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues
- Maintain strong product knowledge to act as a brand ambassador
- Follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
What You Bring:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales support (B2B or warranty experience is a plus)
- Bilingual (English & French) – written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
