Key Responsibilities
- Liaison between Lakeland College, USASK, and Northern Lakes College regarding Nursing Programs on the Lloydminster Campus
- Partnered Nursing program students' point of contact to assist and navigate student services and supports
- Invigilate all USASK Nursing Exams
- Assist Nursing students with on-site requirements including classroom and campus needs
- Advise UT pre-professional nurses (year one) regarding class selection, timetabling, and USASK transferability options
- Promote Nursing Programs
- Assist the UT department with special events such as Registration Day, Open House, Info Day, and Graduation
Job Requirements
- Two years post-secondary diploma preferred
- One year of correlating experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Additional Information
This is a Full Time Continuing Term AUPE appointment. This 10-month term runs from September to July on the Lloydminster campus.
This competition will remain open until a suitable candidate is found. Start date is negotiable.
