Job Title: Office Administrator
Work Site: Raja Trailer & Equipment Sales Ltd., Delta, BC
Status: Temporary – Full Time (For One Year)
Start Date: July 2025 – September 2026
Salary: Competitive Salary – Will Be Discussed During Interview
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Benefits: Competitive Benefits after 3 months probationary period
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
· Greet and assist office visitors in a welcoming and courteous manner
· Process/ accept customer payments
· Operate a multi-line phone switch board; answer, screen and direct telephone calls
· Record messages and customer information accurately
· Arrange courier pick-ups, receive incoming parcel, request courier quotes
· Ensure reception and staff room is tidy
· Photocopy/ scan documents as requested
· Complete other office duties and special projects as requested
· Process and reconcile company VISA credit cards and receipts
· Monitor and responsible for Accounts Payable tasks and functions
· Monitor and responsible for Accounts Receivable tasks and functions
· Assist with Year End processes
· Prepare various reports using Excel
· Prepares month-end and year-end reports, and other period-end duties as assigned
· Enter invoices into the QuickBooks and update payment records
· Accurate, attention to detail & record keeping
Skills:
· Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Experience with QuickBooks preferred
· Accurate data entry skills
· Organized
· Attention to detail
· Able to multitask and prioritize
· Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
Language: Able to speak English and Punjabi
Qualifications:
· Completion of Grade 12
Experience:
Office Administrator - 1 year Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
