Headquartered in Pickering, ON, we partner with retail, enterprise, and channel clients across various tech verticals.
🎯 Role Overview
As a Territory Account Sales Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while proactively prospecting within your Quebec territory to sign on new clients.
- Sell Adesso-branded peripherals , including ergonomic keyboards, trackballs, webcams, barcode and receipt scanners, and docking stations—all sourced exclusively through Adesso Technology Inc. This will also include our sisters brands GekoGear and Gyration.
- Build and strengthen relationships with IT managers, VARs, system integrators, and distribution partners.
- Meet and exceed territory revenue targets via consultative, solution-based selling.
- Conduct client-facing activities , including on-site visits, product demos, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain CRM accuracy with forecasts, opportunity tracking, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
✅ Key Qualifications
Required:
- Bilingual fluency : Professional-level French and English (written & spoken). This is a must Have!
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tech sales , ideally in hardware or IT solutions.
- Track record of relationship-building and closing deals.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and client visits across Ontario.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office products, .
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with VARs, system integrators, or retail channels in Canada .
- Familiarity with computer peripherals or POS hardware product lines.
- Experience delivering product demos and technical presentations .
- Benificial if you have experience with the 12v community, dash cams, CCTV and or mobility (telco)
