The Bullet Proof® Manager program focuses on identifying and diagnosing development needs to customize a program that provides training in the soft skills needed to deal with change. It helps participants to navigate key business challenges, step outside their comfort zone and create new skills to manage effective and productive teams. Forty-eight hours of training is purposefully spread over twelve consecutive months to ensure the greatest degree of implementation and accountability. During the interactive sessions, your managers will explore proven business strategies, learn to overcome barriers and develop action plans for setting and achieving measurable goals.
