About the role
Playwire is a full-service digital innovation partner specializing in online advertising and proprietary technologies to elevate publishing brands. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a skilled Associate Account Manager, Partner Success, to play a key role in supporting long-tail partner accounts and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, including Account Management, Tech Solutions, and Yield, to contribute to the overall success of the Partner Success organization. Responsibilities include managing inbound partner requests, responding to inquiries, assisting with onboarding, configuring partner accounts, and identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
Essential Functions:
- Prioritize and manage tasks related to key long-tail partner accounts in a timely manner.
- Respond to inbound support tickets efficiently and in alignment with SLA expectations, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
- Support the delegation of inbound queue tasks across the Account Coordinator and Account Management teams.
- Provide exceptional service by assisting publisher partners with questions or concerns related to their accounts.
- Configure new and existing publisher accounts, including ad tag implementation, revenue share setup, and account activation.
- Conduct proactive outreach to partners to support their advertising and monetization needs.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to optimization strategies that improve partner performance.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding partner status and account developments to ensure strong collaboration.
- Stay informed on new product features, tools, and internal processes relevant to partner support and success.
- Contribute to team-wide and company-wide projects and initiatives that foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management (specifically in the ad tech industry), digital advertising, or website operations.
- 2+ years of experience using analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Familiarity with ad servers, particularly Google Ad Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
