Job Description
As a Senior QE Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality engineering efforts for our technology and operations team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing test strategies and plans.
- Leading a team of quality engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality standards.
- Identifying and mitigating risks in the software development lifecycle.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading a team.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools.
