About The Role We are seeking an ambitious Strategic Marketing Coordinator to help scale Odd Bunch's B2B marketing strategy. You'll play a key role in executing campaigns, driving growth efforts, testing outreach & channel strategies, and actively contributing to our B2B expansion.
We're looking for a driven, process-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage growth systems, lead partner engagement tactics, build a healthy top-of-funnel, and foster strong relationships.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment and play a meaningful part in achieving our company's ambitious goals. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who's eager to learn, test, and grow.
Responsibilities
- Execute growth marketing, account-based marketing & business development efforts to identify & engage new partners; helping spearhead Odd Bunch's brand expansion as a disruptive, impact-driven B2B grocery service
- Scale marketing & outbound processes to drive growth and achieve a sustainable pipeline of future partners
- Test and optimize messaging and engagement tactics to improve key performance metrics
- Leverage CRM & automation tools to execute and track marketing & business development efforts
- Design experiments and test new channel strategies to effectively scale results
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in account-based marketing, growth marketing, prospecting, and business development
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience executing growth marketing, partnerships, ABM, or business development strategies
- Comfortable conducting customer or partner engagement strategies to effectively scale funnels – primarily focussed on email, alongside other channels such as social platforms or phone calls
- High level of organization, attention to detail and a systems-driven approach, balanced by creativity with an eagerness to launch new experiments
- Entrepreneurial mindset – You set a high bar for the work you deliver and tackle challenges with grit and resilience
- Confidence utilizing CRM and growth tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn or comparable systems
- Leveraging technology, automation, and outbound engagement processes are essential to succeed in this role
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, learn quickly, and take risks, while embracing continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities
