Girl Guides of Canada is actively seeking a Specialist, Membership Growth Remote working arrangement About This Opportunity Reporting to the Senior Manager, Membership Growth and Merchandise in this role, you will be responsible for supporting national girl acquisition and Guider recruitment, including win-back campaigns, developing strategic initiatives for membership growth, and providing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts. This position will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance outreach efforts, develop tools and resources, and support the continuous improvement of the infrastructure for growing membership.
In This Role You Will Campaign Management and Execution
- Provide project management support in planning and executing national acquisition and win-back campaigns.
- Coordinate national initiatives that supports girl acquisition, Guider recruitment and other strategic growth programs.
- Work closely with Brand and Marketing team, Provincial Growth team other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of acquisition activities.
Data-Driven Insights & Resource Development
- Analyze data to inform and optimize acquisition and win-back strategies as well as staying updated on trends in volunteerism, youth programming and growth strategies of similar member-based groups or associations.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of campaigns through reporting and performance analysis.
- Contribute to the development of acquisition toolkits, marketing collateral, and other resources based on insights from previous campaigns, volunteers feedback and external research.
- Contribute to the development of grassroots recruitment tools to enhance community-based outreach.
Stakeholder Relationship and Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing team, Program and Impact team, Registration and Stakeholder Relationship team and other departments to ensure that the national campaigns algin with their programs and priorities.
- Foster a community of best practices among staff teams and Provincial Councils to share knowledge on successful acquisition strategies.
- Provide general, ongoing support to members/volunteers, responding to/directing inquiries and consulting with the appropriate groups and individuals to support the mission and vision of GGC.

- Adheres to all relevant policies, procedures, and practices.

- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Related degree (Marketing, Recruitment, Volunteer Management, Sales/Business).
- 3+ years’ experience in growth, recruitment or sales portfolios
- Demonstrated success in executing successful growth, recruitment and sales initiatives.
- Strong relationship builder able to work in a highly collaborative environment.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Assets Include
- Experience working with volunteers as an asset.
- Knowledge of Girl Guides of Canada an asset.
- French language skills/fluency (and any other language spoken in Canada) an asset
- Demonstrated experience in data and analytics as an asset.
Hiring Range: $60,000 to $70,800 / Annually
Salary based on Greater Toronto Area
