Position Summary

We currently require a temporary Clerk to join our Print Services team. The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced environment to create and package high quality printed materials for Division schools and departments.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • operating high volume commercial copiers

  • operating a variety of finishing equipment including collator, booklet maker, cerlox punch and coiler, electric paper cutter and laminator

  • binding and packaging products

  • lifting

Education/Qualifications

  • high school diploma and one-year related experience

  • knowledge of commercial copiers and related equipment

  • experience working with Microsoft Office, Google apps and email

  • ability to bend, kneel, stand and lift up to 50 pounds

Rate of Pay

$24.08 per hour

After twenty-five (25) cumulative work days, the employee is granted temporary bi-weekly status. The hourly rate increases to $25.04 per hour and the employee is eligible for group employee benefit plans.
