Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Richmond, BC. As a Sales Staff member at Charm Diamond Centres, you will assist customers in finding the perfect jewellery pieces to celebrate their special moments. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, offering product knowledge, performing sales transactions, maintaining store displays, and achieving sales targets. You will also be expected to build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience and a customer-focused attitude
- Knowledge of jewellery products, including diamonds and charms
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail, or related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
