Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative work culture
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall performance
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Data-driven decision-maker with solid analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
