Investment Analyst – Real Estate
Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
Toronto, ON | Hybrid (4 days in office)
We’re seeking a driven Investment Analyst to join a fast-growing, real estate investment company focused on the acquisition and management of multi-residential properties. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to capital markets, underwriting, and investor relations — ideal for someone looking to grow within a lean, collaborative team. It’s very likely that within two-three years, you will be at a much more senior level within the growing group, ideally with a junior analyst in the team. We are looking for someone who doesn’t see certain tasks beneath them – they are an all-hands-on-deck type of group.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, refinancings, and portfolio performance
- Support due diligence efforts and assist with investment memos and board materials
- Analyze historical and forecasted property-level financials and conduct market benchmarking
- Maintain internal reporting dashboards and portfolio tracking tools
- Assist with process improvements, quarterly reviews, and cross-functional strategic projects
- Prepare investor-facing materials including pitch decks, newsletters, and due diligence packages
- Maintain investor pipeline and support relationship management activities
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, capital markets, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of real estate underwriting principles
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization skills are an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
What’s In It for You
- High-visibility role with direct access to senior leadership
- Opportunity to contribute across multiple verticals in a publicly listed company
- Flexible, supportive culture with a strong focus on growth and development
- Competitive compensation, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits package
We appreciate all interest in this opportunity; however, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
