The Vice President Regional Operations will play a pivotal part in our growth strategy, helping to shape and enhance the care experience for our residents and supporting our dedicated teams on the ground.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operations of multiple locations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or senior living sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-site management role.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the senior living industry.
