Listowel Honda, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Co-Ordinator to join our team. Our culture and team members are what set us apart, and we value each member's contribution to our success.
We have just opened our newly renovated Sales and Service facility, complete with a service drive-thru, expansive parts department, state of the art 6-bay shop, plus 3 detailing bays.
As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for providing our customers with attentive service and support while their vehicles are in for maintenance or repair, as well as supporting clients calling in to schedule appointments. The successful candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and have strong interpersonal skills. The ability to work well in a team setting and thrive in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
We offer a competitive pay plan consisting of a salary and bonus, dental, health & vision benefits, and a RRSP plan. Additionally, we believe in training and will ensure that the successful candidate receives manufacturer training as early as possible in their time with us, as well as on the job coaching.
Requirements:
- Two years of previous experience in an Automotive setting preferred
- Developing customer service background and basic automotive knowledge will also be considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to work well in a team setting and thrive in a fast-paced environment
