About the role
North Ridge Development Corporation, a leader in the residential construction industry, is looking for an ambitious; customer service oriented New Home Sales Consultant willing to commit to irregular hours. A sales professional with a teachable attitude, you will be responsible for guiding your clients from home selection, through construction to move in. Top-notch listening skills and both verbal and written communication skills are essential. Please note that this is a commission-based position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute an effective sales process in both a show home/show suite as well as working with clients on their schedule, following up on all leads, monitoring, and reporting on advertising results.
- Understand and communicate to clients the home construction process.
- Manage the full cycle sales process.
- Compile all sales documentation and obtain required signatures.
- Maintain complete and accurate client files.
- Ability to learn new computer programs is essential.
- Continuous review of information to understand all North Ridge products.
- Resolve problems/issues in an effective and timely manner, always keeping the customer in mind.
- Adhere to all sales processes and procedures.
- Assist client with color choices, plans, and suppliers for allowance selections.
- Coordinate walkthrough and possession dates with Site Supervisor and Document Specialist.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- New Home Builder sales experience preferred
- Solid sales and business principles and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient time management and organizational skills
- Exemplary customer service record
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
· Must be a resident of Saskatchewan and be legally able to work in Canada
