Reporting to the VP, Finance & Administration, the Receptionist is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties for the entire company across four multinational locations.
The Receptionist operates a multiline switchboard effectively, welcomes all customers and will provide administrative support to all staff. As the first impression of the company, the successful candidate must always be professional and courteous.

Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer and transfer a multiple-line switchboard for all locations, minimizing hold times for callers.
- Politely greet and direct all visitors, issue visitor's badges and answer inquiries in a positive and professional manner
- Ensure that the front desk is always covered at all times.
- Organize and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform general office duties
- Ensure common areas such as the waiting area and coffee stations are kept clean and orderly.
- Order and maintain inventory for stationery and office supplies.
- Data entry and other clerical duties.
- Performs other general office duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma and or Post-Secondary Education
- 5+ years’ experience in a reception and administrative environment
- Positive attitude, highly motivated and energetic
- Ability to handle a multi-line telephone switchboard
- Proficient computer skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
