Job Description
As a Director in Finance, you will lead a team responsible for providing financial insights and strategic guidance to the Commercial Financial Services division. You will play a key role in driving financial performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and analysis for the Commercial Financial Services division.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or professional accounting designation (CPA).
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
