Floral Express is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Driver for a part-time position, working 3-4 days / 15 to 25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during peak periods.

The position:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Floral Merchandiser & Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves travelling to various retail locations across Southern Ontario to maintain, organize, and enhance floral displays. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering floral products to nearby flower shops. If you have a passion for flowers, an eye for visual presentation, and strong driving skills, we want to hear from you!

What you will do:

• Travel to multiple retail locations to merchandise and maintain floral displays.
• Ensure displays are well-stocked, fresh, and visually appealing.
• Remove damaged or expired products and rotate stock as needed.
• Communicate with store managers and staff to optimize display locations and sales opportunities.
• Deliver floral products to nearby flower shops in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and store visits.
• Follow company guidelines for product handling and merchandising standards.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and in good working order.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you bring to the position:

• Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record

• College diploma, certificate, or equivalent

• 1 + years of experience in a similar industry or setting

• 1+ years of experience in delivery driving

• 1 + years of experience in merchandising an asset

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong work ethic and a passion to get things done.

• Adaptable, personable team player representing the core values of Floral Express.

• Good judgement skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• A passion for plants, how they grow and their storage.

• Strong knowledge of flowers, plants and the floral industry.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
