Job Summary
Hybrid – Remote + On-Site (Brampton/Mississauga) | Full-Time
Wild Wolf Hockey is hiring a Digital Marketing & Content Lead to drive content execution, campaign delivery, and platform growth across all our social channels. This role is built for someone who’s ready to show up, stay organized, and get things done with precision.
You’ll be responsible for editing and posting content, launching promotions, and supporting key marketing campaigns that help us grow our elite hockey training brand across the Greater Toronto Area.
Role Overview
This is not a vague “strategy” job. We’re looking for a hard-working, high-output doer who performs well with direction, follows a system, and executes at a high level every week.
You’ll play a core role in bringing our campaigns to life — from content editing to email blasts, Reels to carousels — all supported by a proven content calendar system and clear execution plan.
Core Responsibilities
- Edit and post content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Write sharp, on-brand captions for Reels, carousels, and promos
- Schedule and manage posts/stories across all platforms
- Design visuals in Canva: reels, posts, carousels, flyers, promo slides
- Assist in launching and managing seasonal campaigns (e.g. Summer Pass, Clinics, Upsells)
- Create 2–3 email campaigns per week
- Manage WhatsApp broadcasts 1–2x weekly to drive urgency
- Capture content on-site (2–3x/week), organize footage, and upload to internal system
- Support project-based tasks (slide decks, internal designs, research)
You’ll Succeed If You…
- Have experience running social media accounts for brands or businesses
- Can edit video for Reels and create strong visuals using Canva
- Are organized, consistent, and detail-focused
- Communicate clearly and take feedback well
- Proficient in SEO strategies and tools to enhance online visibility.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing and advertising techniques.
- Experience in graphic design is a plus for creating visually appealing content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Are willing to learn and work hard with instruction
- Bonus: You’ve worked in hockey, youth sports, or GTA-based brands
- Bonus: You can skate and are comfortable on the ice when needed
Position Details
- Full-time (35–40 hours/week) - Benefits available after probation
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Must be GTA-based (hybrid role — remote work + on-site content capture)
- Flexible hours, but some availability required during on-ice sessions (2–3x/week)
