Salary: CAD $65,000 or above
Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
Job Level: Intermediate
Minimum Full Time Experience: 5 Years

Areas and requirements identified for the EA.
Working areas:
● Independently drive and manage tasks and projects
● Work at a fast pace while still maintaining exceptional quality in your work
● Capable to follow professional protocols with minimum supervisions.
● Communicate effectively both written and verbally in English and Chinese
● Email and calendar management and meeting schedule setup, this includes Zoom and other types of meeting platforms
● Design digital marketing materials as needed by using tools such as Canva.
● Plan, prioritize, and organize your workload and be flexible based on the needs of the team
● Be proactive and adaptable to changing workloads
● Be team-orientated and enthusiastic
● Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
● Knowledge about the education system (middle school, high school, and College) in the U.S. and U.K. preferred
● Experience in the curriculum design and instructional design (middle school, high school, and College) in the U.S. and U.K. preferred
● Able to work with the working schedule with Eastern Time in the U.S
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
