Position Overview:
Compugen is hiring a Business Analyst with strong project coordination skills for an 8-month on-site contract. This hybrid PM/BA role will support the Business Technology Program, focusing on the successful delivery of small to medium-sized projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business analysis expertise and hands-on project administration experience to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

- Requirements Management
- Requirements elicitation
- User Story documentation
- Business Process Workflow Modeling
- Test Planning
- Requirements Traceability
- Technical and non technical documentation
- Workshop facilitation
- Journey Mapping
- Capability Mapping
- Product support design
- Other tasks as assigned by the Technology team
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated senior level IT project delivery experience with over 8 years of business analysis including end-to-end requirements management; workshop and presentation facilitation; business process modeling; Azure DevOps; Project administration;
- Bachelor's in Business Admin, Engineering, Computer Science; CBAP; PMP; Agile certifications;
