Job Title : Financial Administrative Coordinator

Hybrid Role in Ontario, Canada – Up to 3 Days/Week in Office

Location: Toronto, ON

Contract Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: C$22.28/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Administrative Coordinator to provide support to a national sales force distributing financial service products. This role focuses on administrative functions related to contracting, licensing, education, and general sales field services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to sales field teams, internal and external staff, and senior management
  • Maintain and update licensing and contracting requirements accurately and within deadlines
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders, the sales field, and regulatory bodies
  • Draft standard and non-standard correspondence, including memos, letters, and reports
  • Participate in process and database improvement initiatives
  • Perform general administrative tasks including faxing, photocopying, filing, and scanning

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Post-secondary education
  • Completion of CSC and/or IFSE courses
  • Experience using the WinFund platform
