We’re growing rapidly—and we’re looking for a RevOps Manager to help us scale smarter, faster, and more effectively across Ontario and beyond.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to bring your operational and analytical skills to a mission-driven legal practice. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning our intake, marketing, legal, and client care teams , ensuring our systems, processes, and data support the firm’s continued growth.
What You’ll Do
- Design, optimize, and oversee revenue-generating processes from lead intake through client onboarding to case resolution
- Manage and optimize our CRM, intake tools, and marketing platforms
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to drive visibility into KPIs (inquiries, consultations, conversions, billings)
- Lead forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline health reviews across legal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between marketing, legal operations, client services , and finance
- Implement automations and process improvements to reduce friction and improve client experience
- Support strategic decisions like territory expansion, lawyer utilization, pricing models, and compensation frameworks
Who You Are
- You have 3–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, SalesOps, BizOps, or LegalOps , ideally in a professional services firm
- You’re highly analytical with strong Excel/Google Sheets and dashboarding skills (Clio, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM experience a plus)
- You thrive in process design, cross-functional collaboration, and identifying operational bottlenecks
- You have experience working closely with marketing and/or intake teams to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency
- You’re curious, organized, and not afraid to challenge the status quo to build something better
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal, healthcare, or another regulated professional services industry
- Familiarity with law firm KPIs (billable hours, utilization, realization, etc.)
- Experience with automating workflows

While our goal is to resolve our clients’ matters without engaging in litigation, our lawyers are prepared to work collaboratively before the Family Court when an agreement cannot be reached.
