We are seeking an experienced Renovation Sales Manager to lead our Renovation team, based at our west end office. More details about this opportunity are enclosed below:

The Position

Renovation Sales Manager will lead our supply and install/ renovation sales team and business channel. The Renovation Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with key partners, and delivering revenue growth within the renovation channel of the company. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of driving sales growth through B2C channels. Mentoring and Coaching a team of Renovation Sales Representatives will be an important aspect of this role.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the renovation channel.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with existing and potential strategic partners.
  • Coordinate with company executives to determine the best sales strategies and market priorities.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build relationships.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Directly and indirectly coach and grow a team of Renovation Sales Representatives across Western Canada.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, and marketing materials for the renovation channel.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to build out and execute strategies that will improve and grow the renovation channel.

Experience / Capabilities required for this role

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and B2C strategies.
  • Experience leading a high-performance B2C sales team.
  • Able to balance Business Development demands.
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and team management/coaching skills.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
