We’re a high-growth iGaming company known for one of the most competitive sweepstakes offerings in the market, including a growing portfolio of brands with significant investment in influencer partnerships and ambassador programs.

In just 3 years, we’ve built a team of 50+ talented people, with a hybrid structure (30% remote) and deep industry roots stretching back over a decade. We’re now scaling aggressively — and we're looking for a hands-on, results-driven VP of Marketing to drive performance, scale campaigns, and develop a world-class marketing function.

🎯 The Role

As VP of Marketing , you’ll take ownership of our global marketing strategy, execution, and team development. You’ll be responsible for acquisition, retention, paid media, affiliates, brand, and growth marketing — with a strong focus on the U.S. market. This is a key leadership role with high visibility across the business and direct input into commercial strategy.

We’re open to someone stepping up into VP/CMO level , or an established leader looking for a high-impact role in a fast-moving environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the marketing team , developing internal talent and bringing in additional resources as needed
  • Design, implement, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, Programmatic, etc.) with measurable ROI
  • Scale and manage affiliate marketing operations , building strong partnerships and performance tracking
  • Execute and iterate high-impact influencer and ambassador strategies
  • Develop and execute strategies tailored to the American player audience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across product, CRM, data, and leadership
  • Set KPIs, manage performance dashboards, and deliver regular reporting
  • Ensure brand consistency and growth across digital touchpoints

🔍 What We're Looking For

  • 5–10+ years in marketing, with at least 2–3 years at a senior level within the iGaming or performance-based B2C sector
  • Strong experience targeting the U.S. market (U.S.-based candidates preferred, but open to others with relevant experience)
  • Hands-on and data-led — comfortable building strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute
  • Demonstrated success scaling affiliate programs and managing paid media campaigns
  • Proven leadership abilities — able to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Comfortable navigating both regulated and unregulated markets
  • Crypto knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Clear communicator with high personal standards, a strong work ethic, and a bias toward ownership and accountability
