About This Position We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Mutual Fund Department.
Responsibilities Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Set up client accounts for financial and non-financial orders
- Key all purchase orders in the RPM system
- Review all purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Responsible for keying KYCs in the RPM system
- Prepare a daily production report
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Ability to prioritize and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient typing skills with a strong focus on accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using data entry software and tools
