- Inspection, Testing & Quality Control. Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure functionality, fit, and safety. Inspect vehicles and adaptations to ensure regulatory and Motion quality standards are met.
- Documentation & Reporting. Complete detailed work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs accurately and on time with maintaining records of parts usage and services rendered. Support internal process improvements through accurate reporting and quality feedback.
- Deliver an exceptional Motion customer experience. You will prioritize an empathic, respectful, and friendly customer experience. You will ensure that clients’ needs are met and that we meet our objective to make life accessible for everyone.
- Be flexible and mobile. You will work 8-hour shifts and travel to clients' homes and community facilities. You are comfortable adapting your daily schedule to meet the changing needs of clients.
