Your daily role:
- Analyzing packaged product for conformance to customer and company specifications
- Monitoring critical control points and adherence to deviations
- Completing pre start up inspection audits and line clearances and maintaining QA forms, data collection and data analysis
- Micro analysis of incoming and packaged products, packaging equipment; sample collection for environmental testing
- Contribute to HACCP program development and maintenance
- Working in compliance with established Food Safety, GMP, HACCP and safe work practices; reporting any unsafe or unhealthy conditions to your leader
Your profile:

Post secondary education in a science related discipline

Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety specifications

Desire to continually monitor products and gather information

Solid math, computer, communication and written skills

Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities, working independently
