About the role: As an Associate Customer Strategy and Growth Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in driving the success and growth of our enterprise customers by uncovering insights, building data tools, and developing strategic solutions. Your work will help grow the Retailer Growth Pods capabilities, directly impacting the success of their white label ecommerce offerings and paving the way for innovations in fulfillment services and other enterprise products. With a focus on collaboration, youll empower customer success efforts and enhance the value we deliver to our enterprise customers.

About the Team: You’ll be a key contributor to the Customer Success organization, reporting directly to the Principal Customer Strategy and Growth Manager. While your home base is the CS org, your work will span multiple teams within the Retailer Growth Pod, including Product Management, Data Science, Product Operations, Research, Business Development, and Account Management. Together, this team is focused on expanding our clients enterprise business by unlocking growth opportunities for their retail partners and delivering world-class solutions that help them achieve their goals.

About the Job: In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics teams (Product Analytics, BD Analytics, and Engineering) to design and maintain dashboards and data tools that support CSM (Customer Success Manager) needs.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support retailer-specific goals and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Develop custom reports for both CSMs and retailer partners to deepen insights and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Assist the Principal Customer Strategy and Growth Manager in tracking key goals, producing cross-functional reports, and keeping key stakeholders informed.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc strategic initiatives, such as identifying market trends, evaluating retailer performance, or piloting new enterprise solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, finance, or engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to logically reason through a complex problem step by step and identify pitfalls
  • Proficiency in SQL and the ability to manipulate and analyze data. Ability to write complex, efficient, and eloquent SQL queries to extract data
  • Experience skills with tools like Google Sheets or Excel, including complex formulas and data visualization.
  • Ability to tell stories with data: navigate a vast database, pull together the relevant datasets using SQL, conduct analysis on the data to extract the key insights, and then assemble those insights into a compelling narrative and communicate it effectively to key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within the technology or eCommerce industry.
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce and/or grocery retail landscape.
  • Some experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Mode, etc. an asset
  • Exposure to strategy, customer success, business development, or management consulting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with an aptitude for working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
